DocKnow is an end-to-end AI document-processing platform that extracts, analyzes, and transforms information on TRFs, medical records, and sensitive documents of all kinds.

Overview
Problem
Admins spend hours manually processing handwritten or scanned documents into digital systems—creating inefficiencies, wasting valuable time, and increasing the risk of error.
Goal
Streamline document intake and data integration using AI-powered automation, while delivering a simple, trustworthy user experience.
Challenges & Constraints
Limited Direct Access to End Users - Due to the early-stage nature of the product and customer confidentiality, real-time user research was limited. I worked closely with our sales and customer success teams—who are in constant communication with external stakeholders, to gather secondhand insights and pain points. I also used competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and scenario-based design to guide decisions and anticipate user needs.
AI Trust & Transparency - Users need to feel confident in the AI’s ability to extract data accurately. I prioritized interface clarity and user control to build that trust.
